Real Estate Developer. Born 1966 in Graz, Austria; 1985 Diploma in Civil Engineering; 1994 Degree in Architecture, with concentration in Urban Planning, TU Graz. Subsequent experience as project manager in the fields of Urban Development, Architecture, General Planning in Graz, Vienna and Berlin. 1999-2005 member of the Architectural Association Berlin.

Since 2003 Georg Kogler has focused his professional activities on Real Estate Development. From 2003-2007 he was responsible for coordinating urban strategies, residential housing and architectural competitions for BAI Bauträger Austria Immobilien GmbH, and was Chief Operating Officer for the subdivision responsible for developing the internationally recognized and award-winning “> haus am mühlweg” project – a 70 unit, massive timber passive housing estate and demonstration project within the “Building of Tomorrow” research program initiated by the Austrian federal government. Since 2008, he has served as the head of the real estate development for KALLCO Bauträger GmbH.

In 2009 he founded (together with Christian Aulinger and Mark Gilbert) the interdisciplinary planning office trans_city ZT gmbh, which is the recipient of a primary grant from the focus: architecture program of the departure Wirtschaftsförderungsfonds of the city of Vienna.
