Christian Aulinger

Architect. Born 1964 in Graz/Austria. Studies in Architecture at the Technical University of Graz; diploma and graduation in 1992. 1990-1996 collaborator in architecture offices in Graz, Berlin and Vienna. 1996-2000 consultant for Voest Alpine Industrieanlagenbau, working on international industrial projects in Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Croatia. 1998 Founding member (together with Georg Kogler and Sabine Krischan) of the office “baubuero leopoldstadt”, in Vienna. Since 2007 cooperation with Mark Gilbert. 2009 Founding member (together with Mark Gilbert and Georg Kogler) of the interdisciplinary planning office trans_city ZT gmbh, which is the recipient of a primary grant from the focus: architecture program of the departure Wirtschaftsförderungsfonds of the city of Vienna.

Christian Aulinger is a member of the Austrian Chamber of Architects, and a delegate to the National Convention of the Federal Chamber of Austrian Architects. He was a founding member of “ig-a / interessengemeinschft architekturschaffender” a community of interest of young architects.
